This session mainly offers non-lawyers a general overview of the different aspects that need to be taken into account, especially when the legislation differentiates between the paper and digital versions. Additionally, we will share some new and/or interesting concepts that we got to know about during the meetings of the ADM working group on this subject (working year 2009-2010) and that we thought were worth telling you about.
